Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, Robert Elias was raised by two parents in the entrainment industry. With most of his youth spent on movie lots and in recording studios, he realized he had a love for creativity and production. That love for creativity found its way into Roberts heart even more so when he got his first computer as a child. From that very moment Robert has been a digital junkie, learning and push the boundaries of what can be done from a digital perspective.

Robert's passion for creativity and digital elements escalated even further by designing and developing websites for companies such as Women's Entertainment Network, Alltel Wireless, Nextel, Volvo, Ford and many other well known establish brands. After over 5 years of digital development and design Robert moved into the realm of production management for a variety of agencies and clients around the United States.

In the last 7 years producing campaigns Robert Elias has managed projects in a variety of formats. He has tacked the challenges found in working with overseas vendors to impossible timelines that no one was willing to work with. One thing that has been said about Robert time and time again is his dedicated work ethic, as its passion that fuels he's love for his career.
